Angel Wings Foundation’s Advisory Board is made up of representatives from the epilepsy industry. This Board serves as an Advisory Board to the Board of Directors in accordance with this Charter and Duties; raises awareness, understanding and education around the mission and purposes of the Organization; serves the Board in an advisory capacity to offer thoughts and guidance on developments in the pharmaceutical industry relating to the Organization’s purposes; and actively assists the Organization with events, fundraisers, projects and other functions as the Board may request from time to time.
